On Saturday, January 11, 2025, Leave a Nest Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Leave a Nest") hosted a science workshop titled "What's Inside an Egg?". Our company’s representative, Takaaki Matsuki, participated as an instructor, introducing children to Allergy-free Egg Products and the technology behind them.
This workshop was organized with the aim of fostering an interest in science from an early age by encouraging scientific thinking. The ten participants, aged 7 to 10, enthusiastically engaged in various activities, including experiments on eggshell strength, lipid and protein tests on egg whites and yolks, and in-depth discussions led by the instructors.
Through this workshop, the children made new discoveries and experienced moments of wonder, using eggs—an everyday food ingredient—as a starting point for exploration.
