2025-4-16：Mr. Yota Ono, Commissioner of the Japan Patent Office, honored us with a visit.

On Friday, April 11, we had the privilege of welcoming Mr. Yota Ono, Commissioner of the Japan Patent Office, along with members of the Planning and Research Division, and representatives from the Innovation Promotion Division of the Chugoku Bureau of Economy, Trade and Industry.

The visit was conducted as part of the Japan Patent Office’s efforts to promote regional innovation, revitalize the economy, and raise awareness of the importance of intellectual property. In particular, the Planning and Research Division, which is responsible for startups and universities, visited our company to gain firsthand understanding of current initiatives and practical challenges.

Following a presentation on our company overview and business activities by our CEO, Mr. Okuhara, the guests toured our laboratory where genome analysis is conducted.

We also had the opportunity to engage in a meaningful exchange of views, as our guests asked insightful questions regarding our past initiatives and future prospects.
