Bioengineer (Sequence Operation)
You will be required to carry out the following tasks:
Nucleic Acid Extraction from Animals and Plants for DNA/RNA Sequencing
DNA/RNA Sequencing Various library preparations for sequencing
Operation, management and management of various sequencers
We also perform genome sequencing and RNA-seq analysis using short-read sequences with Illumina NextSeq 2000. We also perform de novo genome sequencing, Iso-Seq, and metagenomic sequencing with PacBio® Sequel IIe and ONT MinION.

Basic molecular biology experiment experience related to nucleic acids (DNA and RNA)
Prerequisites
Experience working with DNA sequencers (Illumina NGS, Nanopore Sequencer, PacBio® Long-read Sequencer)
Research experience with non-model organisms
Linux/UNIX shell operation knowledge
Basic knowledge of bioinformatics

Employment status: Full-time employee
* Trial period: 6 months
*Working conditions during the trial period: Same as for full employment
8:30-17:30 (60 minute break)
* Professional discretionary work system
4.8 million yen to 10.8 million yen (annual salary system)
